Ehhh ja to mam zawsze wieczorem. Wynika to z tego ze mam inetrnet z telewizji kablowej gdzie wszyscy maja to samo ip. Jesli sporo osob sciagnie duze pliki to nie mozna uzywac rapid~ do konca dnia :(. Moze w Twoim przypadku jest tak samo.
