Problem Z Transferem Postaci

Wysłałem kase koledze na konto bankowe który zrobił już 4-5 transferów
i próbował mi zrobić ale wyskakiwał mu taki napis

powiedział mi że to może przez to że za dużo razy tamten próbował i mówił żebym kupił paca tą inna metoda płatności "Single Payment" i podobno odblokują ... Ale nie wiem czy tak się stanie może mi ktoś powiedzieć co zrobić
