Just like in real life, costs go up every year. Cip will be implementing lease agreements with house rentals, whereby they reserve the right when they deem it necessary due to the prevailing economy on a world, to raise house rents by as much as 10%, to be evaluated on a monthly basis. House owners will be notified the week before rent is due by official letter when there is an increase in the monthly payment.

On the other hand, free accounts can now rent houses... they can officially sub-let all or part of a house from premium account house owners. Like the house trade functon, the rent will be automatically taken from from the free accounts depot and deposited to the "landlord's" prem account. Free account renters must deposit a month's rent in advance, and "Landlords" have the right to set the rent at any level they choose up to 110% of the rent they pay to the server for the house. Free accounts can move out of rented houses at any time, and "landlords" can remove tenants for a pre-set list of grievances. If the renter moves out, the rent for that month will be pro-rated with the unused portion returned to their depot. If they landlord removed the tenant for a true grievance, they will be awarded the entire month's "deposited rent", which will appear in their depot. If the landlord is found to have made up the reason to remove the tenant, the house reverts to the server and will be open for bids as unowned."

In addition to new areas, monsters and outfits, the balancing of the vocations will finish with some changes to the Knights and the Paladins. As Paladins are still overpowered, they will have their mana and life regeneration and capacity reduced. Crossbows will use soulpoints at a rate of one point per shot. Knights will have improved healing with Exura Gran. The mana pool will be doubled to 10 mana per level against 5 today. Exori will become stronger with magic level and mana spent per magic level will be reduced. Existing characters’ magic level will be recalculated accordingly and knights with magic level 8 today should be able to shoot SDs in the next public test server. Knights will put soulpoints to use, as the new Ultimate Blocker spell will consume soulpoints. This new spell will raise the defense and magic resistance of a knight with half of that knight’s level for 2 minutes and will be available at level 40.

Some other minor changes are also made, as armor will have level and vocation requirements and all spells will be premium. In Rookgaard, characters that can’t find the Oracle on their own will be automatically sent to main at level 10, due to the higher characters killing too efficiently and thus hindering the leveling of new characters. A new party hunt mode will be introduced and party members will share experience based on damage/healing done and taken. To reduce spawns being held indefinitely by the same character, a limit of level x 4000 experience will the maximum per day, with an upper limit of 200 000 experience per day. Any kills beyond this limit does not yield loot, soulpoints or experience.

Rule enforcement will be strengthened with a new statement control system and GMs will be able to log into a character in view mode and monitor private conversations, see the same screen as that character and examine items. Rule enforcement will also see some new automated features. Having a red skull will finally have consequences as a bounty hunter surpassing the skulled character’s level and skills by 10% will randomly spawn close to the character and attack. The spam control will be extended and posting the same line twice in 30 seconds will earn you a banishment, the same will posting a link or using more than 2 ascii symbols in row, as well as posting with sMaLl AnD lArGe ChArAcTeRs. Running a monster more than 20 squares will trigger an automatic banishment for luring on non-PvP and rearranging furniture and objects will banish you for trapping. Staying more than 60 seconds in a spawn will get you banished for blocking it and any player online for more than 15 minutes will be banished for use of macros.
