Blizzard buys Cipsoft (updated by Tibianews)
In a press release on the Cipsoft GMBH company page, the company states that Blizzard inc has bought Cipsoft and all rights to the game Tibia. Players are being reassured that the game will not close down, allthough some minor changes will be made to the graphics and game mechanics. From the summer update, the game will require 6gb harddisk space and 2gb internal memory, 512mb graphics card with 3D accelleration, 2ghz cpu and a 4mbit broadband connection. The monthly cost of the game will be trippled and free accounts will be renamed "10 day free trial".
