Różne regiony, różny sprzęt, różne okablowanie, różna neostrada. Ja mieszkam w Warszawie, miałem neo kilka lat i działała idealnie. Jedyny problem jaki z nią miałem to wysoka cena. Z tego co słyszałem, to problemy takie jak twoje, nie są rzadkością. Musisz ich męczyć telefonami aż postanowią załatwić sprawę.
