Actually, unfortunately this is not a simple question at all. There are many factors which determine when a character name of a deleted character can be used again. One of these factors is the level, another is the age. <Tu było imię o które pytano> was a very old character. I'm afraid, but I cannot tell you when the name will become usable again... There's unfortunately no other way than trying from time to time...

Co w skrócie znaczy nie mniej, nie więcej niż to, że nie ma żadnego konkretnego czasu. Trzeba po prostu próbować co jakiś czas.
