The second phase of the Pirates of the Caribbean Online Beta test has
officially begun and you are invited to participate. If you're
interested in playing, please follow the instructions below on how to
claim your Beta test account.

Please keep in mind that the game is not yet finalized. You may see
unfinished graphics, hear unfinished audio, and also may experience
crashes, dropped connections, or other issues that will affect your
gaming experience.

As a Beta tester, we need your opinions and feedback to help identify
issues within the game and prepare it for public launch. During the
Beta test, we encourage you to submit feedback on the game and report
any technical bugs you may encounter.

To set up your account, please complete the following steps:

1. Click here to redeem your Beta Account Key

2. When prompted, enter the Beta Account Key listed below:

3. Log in using your existing account ID or create a new account.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration
process and download the game launcher.
5. Once the download is complete, double-click on the Pirates Online
icon to finish the installation and login to play.
6. Congratulations - You are now ready to play the Pirates of the
Caribbean Online Beta test!

STRESS TESTS - SATURDAYS, 11 AM to 2 PM (PT)
We will hold weekly stress tests every Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM
to help test the game's capacity. In addition to logging in
throughout the week, please be sure to log in and play as often, and
as long as you can each Saturday during the Beta test.

Please Note: Prior to creating a Beta account, we strongly recommend
that you verify your computer meets the minimum requirements for the
Beta test as listed below:

PC:
Windows 2000, XP, Vista
800 MHz or faster processor
512 MB RAM
32 MB 3D graphics card
DirectX 9 or better
400 MB free disk space
Broadband connection

Mac:
OS 10.4.6 (Tiger)
PowerPC G4 or any Mac with any Intel processor
512 MB RAM
400 MB free disk space
Broadband connection

Also, as a 13+ registrant of Pirates Online, you will have Open Chat
access.
