przyklad: paladin ze spearem (att:25) skill 60 in full attack (wspolczynnik 7)z level 30  
 
7 x 60 x 25 / 100 + 30%= 136.5 ~137  
 
gdzie: 
7- wspolczynnik full atack mode ( 5 balance, 3 full def) 
60- skill in dist 
25- attack spear 
100- zawsze dzielone na 100 
30%- poniewaz ma 30 lvl notka! ten x% nie moze przekroczyc skila wiec jesli paladin ma 70 lvl doda sie tylko 60% 
 
albo moze przekroczyc...musisz zapytac h lvl gracza jaki jest jego max hit i jesli przekracza kalkulacje z tej formuly to lvl% limit sie nie liczy  
 
it's like: 
"factor for attack" times "skill" times "attack of weapon" divided by 100 plus lvl% but no more than skill  
 
example: paladin with spear (att:25) skill 60 in full attack (factor 7) with level 30  
 
7 x 60 x 25 / 100 + 30%= 136.5 ~137  
 
where: 
7- is factor for full atack mode ( 5 for balance, 3 for full def) 
60- skill in dist 
25- attack of spear 
100- is always devided by 100 
30%- because he is 30 lvl note! that x% cant exceed skill of player so if our paladin had 70 lvl he would only add 60% 
 
or maybe it can exceed... u must ask h lvl player what is his max hit and if it exceeds my calculations then lvl% limit is not valid
