BlackD update~~~

After the mass bans we have decided to focus in developing stealth features:

- After first load Blackd Proxy will be removed from installed programs list.
- You will get a random process name for your Blackd Proxy instance.
- Exp in title will be displayed in the new stealth window
- Blackd Proxy system messages will be displayed in the new stealth window
- HPMana module: timer is now completely randomized for each mc
- HPMana module: heal recharge and mana recharge won't happen at same moment. They will alternate turns if both things are required.
- Runemaker module: a chaos timer will now randomize the delay between each step of runemaking.
- Cavebot module: timer is now completely randomized for each mc
- Detection of suspicious scans from Cipsoft: some checks have been added all over the code in order to analyze any strange packet received from Cipsoft.
- New variable: $randomnumber:A>B$ will get you a random number from A to B. This will be needed as paranoid people now might want to randomize some paths in cavebot scripts.

Please consider that nobody knows how the detection is done at this moment, so cheating is still a bit risky right now. Cheat at your own responsability!
