Little is known about the fight against Yogg-Saron, according to spell it looks like the fight will be based on the sanity of your character. Each player will most likely start with 100% sanity and Yogg-saron will lower it through his abilities. Reaching 0% will most likely mind control the player just like any of the Ulduar titan boss controlled by Yogg-Saron.
