The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is currently re-airing on a number of Japanese television networks. Unlike the original 2006 broadcast, the episodes are being aired in chronological order and their total number will be 28, which is twice as many as in 2006. This means that we will see 14 new episodes. ^^ One of them has aired already on May 21 - it's the eighth episode which is called 笹の葉ラプソディ ("Bamboo Leaf Rhapsody")
