When will my criminal record be deleted?
The criminal record will be deleted automatically at the beginning of a month once a period of at least 6 months has passed since the most recent entry, therefore after a maximum of 7 months. E.g. the last entry in your criminal record is from March 5th, means your criminal record will be deleted at the beginning of October. However, if there are further entries during this period of time, the duration will be extended, and you must wait up to 7 months again before the criminal record is cleared.
Note: A criminal record will not be deleted at all if there is an entry with a final warning for using unofficial software or account trading or sharing. Such criminal records are persistent and will not be deleted.
