Clearing Your Criminal Record
The criminal record will be deleted automatically at the beginning of a month once a period of at least 6 months has passed since the most recent entry, therefore after a maximum of 7 months. E.g. the last entry in your criminal record is from March 5th, means your criminal record will be deleted at the beginning of October. However, if there are further entries during this period of time, the duration will again be extended, and you must wait another 6-7 months before the criminal record is cleared again. Please note that as long as there are entries in your criminal record you will not be able to apply as a tutor. Also, a character cannot be transferred to another game world if there is an entry with a final warning in the criminal record.
Note: A criminal record will not be deleted at all if there is an entry with a final warning for using unofficial software or account trading or sharing. Such criminal records are persistent and will not be deleted.
