Klienty EU i USA sa INNE, nie mozesz po prostu wpisac w kliencie USA ze chcesz grac na EU.

You need to download another LoL client for EU.
Unfortunately at the moment there is no option to change you client US->EU or vice versa.
Link is below and look at screenshot to see where you messed up last time.
