Nie wiem jak to rozumieć

Wg mnie znaczy to tyle ze acc ma być skasowany na wypadek w przyslości złamania regulaminu.
Ale to w takim razie po co jest ustawione na 30 dni ban

Ale warna mam na 1 pstaci a na 2 tylko widze bana wiec nie wiem ocb
