Yes its safe and here are some quick instructions,
1. The download takes 40 seconds to load
2. Then a pop up window comes up
3. Close this window and click the dlaod button behind it
4. Save the file to wherever you want
5. It will take about an hour, but be patient, from what people have told me it is quite good
