Firewall jest to program, który chroni nasz komputer przed wysyłaniem nieautoryzowanych danych. Jeżeli jakiś program będzie chciał wysłać jakieś dane to dobrze skonfigurowany firewall powinien go zablokować albo spytac się o zezwolenie na połączenie się danego programu z internetem. Więc jeżeli będziesz miał firewalla a keylogger będzie chciał wysłać twoje dane to powinien teoretycznie zostać zablokowany przez firewall.
