No, we are not planning to make an english version. But we have almost the same information than you have here in the excellent tibia.pl (yeah, translator polish-portuguese rocks!), just translated to portuguese. Information about cities, training, maps, basic tutorials and such.

For... Make a tibia.pl with tibiabr closer, and making ppl to be friends... Im afraid that is impossible, why? you ought to know. Just look on behaviour in game and language barrier.
Second one, yeah we can post on tibiabr, but we will get answers in your own language, and discusion should be hard.

The only one thing what i remember from tibiabr, are a awesome wallpapers.
I think is a that thing, what made you famous. Is a good advertisment. Tibia.pl is a good site, but still alot of ppl working for make this site better, and better.
